Khakii revolves around a common man working as a cable operator, who has always been a well-wisher of others. When the kind-hearted local policewoman dies in an accident, she is replaced by a corrupt police officer who doesn`t care about the area or its people. The cable worker and his friends then step up and form a team to protect the area from crimes.
