Directed by R. Amit Kumar Jha and written by Prakriti Mukherjee alongside Rajesh Bachchani, the series is produced by Moving Image Studios Private Limited. The plot revolves around Kabir (Satyajeet Dubey), a successful writer whose life has always been tied to Arohi (Helly Shah), his closest childhood friend and former lover. Their entire relationship is governed by a strict rule: once a dare is accepted, it must be fulfilled. When Arohi’s devotion becomes suffocating, Kabir challenges her to stay apart for a full year.
During this separation, Kabir finds emotional stability with Suhani, played by Anushka Kaushik, a grounded photographer. However, once the dare concludes on his birthday, Arohi returns, believing the separation was merely another game won rather than a true breakup.
