Synopsis:

Chanchala (Anushka) is an IAS officer who works as a personal secretary to an irrigation minister (Jayaram). A lot of precious idols are stolen from temples. Irrigation minister who is an honest politician threatens the high command in a public meeting. The home department orders a CBI inquiry into this issue with an intention to frame the irrigation minister in a scam. Chachala who is serving a jail term for killing a guy is taken to a secret location of Bhaagamathie Bungalow for interrogation.
